Create21® is a program designed for sales representative who want to strengthen their real estate fundamentals and grow their business. Topics include prospecting, working with buyers / sellers, and much more!

This course helps agents develop their business skills:

Marketplace and inventory
The mechanics of a transaction

What to expect

Create21 offers 12 live instructor-led classes, e-mail access to all instructors and an online resource library that includes videos. Create21 is taken on your own computer and the classes are approximately 2 hours long.

Course Completion:
In order to COMPLETE the Create21 course, participants must attend a minimum of seven (7) classes in their entirety. Attendance will be taken by the Create21 trainer during each class.

Those who COMPLETE the Create21 course will receive the following:

1. The option to indicate on your CENTURY 21 website that you have completed the Create21 course.
2. A Certificate of Completion, sent to your Broker's attention.
3. For those REALTOR®s operating within a jurisdiction that recognizes the Create21 course toward continuing education credits, all necessary documentation will be provided upon written request to [email protected]
